Work Experience
Jean-Michel started his career in 2002 as financial auditor and tax adviser at PwC in Brussels.
In 2004, Jean-Michel joined Deloitte ‘s Corporate Finance practice. There, he acquired in-depth expertise in buy-side M&A mandates for corporate investors as well as financial sponsors.
In 2006, Jean-Michel joined Degroof Corporate Finance, the investment banking team of Belgium’s leading private banking institution. In this position, he gained valuable sell-side expertise.
Jean-Michel speaks French, Dutch and English.
Jean-Michel is a board member of three business clubs : ICHEC Alumni, Brussels Business Club and Cercle Val Duchesse.

Work Experience
Xavier is a passionate entrepreneur, having launched and managed several companies in the media and retail sectors.
Since 1997, he is partner in a company active in promotional clothes and gifts (turnover: EUR 10M), managing the finance and IT side of the business.
In this position, he defines financial strategies, manages the relationships with creditors and banks, and was responsible for the ERP implementation.
Throughout his carrier, Xavier has been involved in all aspects of small and medium enterprises and has gained thorough multi-disciplinary experience.
Xavier speaks French, English, Portuguese and Spanish.
